Where the toilet was in the kitchen extension was about 8 inches lower than the rest of the floor so we had to fill in instages.

So we took down the walls in the kitchen so we had more space. We looked in the roof space and found a number of wasp nests that had to be removed before we could install insulation.

This Old House

This is the story of an old house. Once loved, but sadly somewhat neglected over the last 30 years or so.

We hope to do most of the work ourselves.

We have already moved a bathroom, added a radiator, taken a toilet out, taken down two walls and started to fill in the floor level. - Oh and then there is the garden.
